Wow, “demolition of old structures” has 100% of your votes! That could mean that either a) everyone is being extremely mature about this, or b) like three people have voted.

For my own part, I found Donna’s preparedness guide extremely enlightening- I’ve got some great ideas for big plans this year!

I love naps. I love sleep. I love having crazy dreams where people from my past come in and then I wake up craving some insane food like salami or mint ice cream.

I’m also glad you’re back, lady- I’ve been having some Hitch withdrawal.

There is a great deal to be said for taking naps as any cat can tell you! [love the photo]

Naps are very good for us in many ways though are no substitute for a good night’s sleep. They do give our minds a time out and lower blood pressure. I take them whenever I can as does my husband. He’s better at the 20 minute power nap than me.

My dreams have been vivid lately even if they dissipate upon waking . . .

Seriously, feel better soon. It’s so hard to admit defeat when you’re sick, but sometimes it’s the only chance for rest you’ve got.

You take the high road by saying that you expect civility and then go to twitter and make comment about “RUDE” people.

Basta…I was intrigued by your blog a few weeks ago and added it to my feed but I’ll take it off. Geez, I never make comments on blogs…I hope this does not mean that I am going to be obnoxious for the next 7 months…I wouldn’t be able to stand myself . truly.

Ann, that logic works both ways. I haven't prevented people from responding. Neither have I deleted the comments. I've simply exercised my right to reply and to hold the view that there are constructive comments and unconstructive ones. I have also responded to the comments rather than the character of the persons commenting. Yes, we all have the right to say what we like, but it's not unreasonable to expect civility.
